SeedERP is a business and enterprise software service used for customer management, field visits, quotations, sales operations, forecasting, expenses, notifications, and related workflows.

Authorized Use

• SeedERP is intended for authorized business users only.
• Access may be provisioned, managed, suspended, or removed by your organization or the operator.
• You must keep credentials confidential and use the service only for legitimate business purposes.

Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity.
• No attempts to bypass security or access restrictions.
• No harmful code, malware, scraping, or unauthorized reverse engineering.
• No upload of content that infringes privacy or intellectual property rights.

Data and Privacy

Use of SeedERP is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features, access, or functionality at any time for maintenance, security, compliance, or business reasons.

Intellectual Property

SeedERP, including its software, branding, design, and documentation, is owned by or licensed to the operator and protected by applicable law. No ownership rights are transferred except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms.

Disclaimers and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeedERP is provided on an as is and as available basis. Availability and performance are not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute venue will be the competent courts of Agadir, Morocco.
